G.P.S Tu’anuku won Vava’u’s 2017 CSP Competition

09th April 2018 Vava’u’s Principal Magistrate Mr. Paula Tatafu, presented certificates to six Primary Schools who participated in the Clean School Program (CSP) in a special ceremony at Fakamelino Hall, Vava’u, on April 4.

The winner of the competition was awarded to the Government Primary School of Tu’anuku. This is the second time they have won this CSP.

Five other Government Primary Schools who participated in the competition GPS Neiafu, Talihau, ‘Utungake, Ha’alaufuli and Tefisi were also awarded with prizes

Mr. Tatafu told teachers and students that they need to work together to achieve the aim of the competition “a clean, healthy environment for Vava’u people through CSP.”

Education Inspector from Ministry of Education in Vava’u Mr. Taniela Vaha’i acknowledged the support and commitment of principals and teachers which is vital to the success of the CSP.

The 2017 CSP Competition was held on the 25th – 26th of November.
