G.P.S Tefisi won Clean School Program (CSP) Competition 2016 for Vava’u

07th April 2017 Vava’u’s Principal Magistrate Mr. Paula Tatafu presented certificates to seven Primary Schools who participated in the Clean School Program (CSP) in a ceremony at the Governor’s Conference Room, Thursday, March 30 in Neiafu, Vava’u.

The winner of the CSP Competition 2016 was the Government Primary School of Tefisi, second prize was awarded to G.P.S Tu’anuku and the G.P.S ‘Utungake received the third prize.

Mr. Tatafu urged teachers, line ministries and relevant stakeholders to work together to achieve unity.

Officer in Charge for the Ministry of Education and Training in Vava’u Mr. Sekonaia Tu’ipulotu, acknowledged the great efforts of schools and encouraged other schools to join the competition.

This is the second year that MEIDECC’s Department of Environment host the competition.
