Investiture of Crown Prince Tupouto'a ‘Ulukalala

2 April 2012 The official investiture  of His Royal Highness Prince ‘Ulukalala  to the title of Crown Prince Tupouto'a, took place at the Liukava Royal Residence on Friday evening, March 30, 2012.

Crown Prince Tupouto'a ‘Ulukalala was born Prince Siaosi Manumataongo ‘Alaivaha'amama'o ‘Aho'eitu Konftantin Tuku'aho.

His Royal Highness, Prince ‘Ulukalala, the eldest son of Their Majesties King Tupou VI and Queen Nanasipau'u, will now be addressed as Crown Prince Tupouto'a ‘Ulukalala, the first in line and heir to the Tongan throne.

The ceremony was marked by the reading of the Letter of Investiture by the Lord Chamberlain, and a prayer service led by the Free Wesleyan Church, in the presence of Their Majesties, members of the Royal Families and the Prime Minister, Lord Tu'ivakano.

The estates of His Royal Highness The Crown Prince are the villages of Nomuka, Nomukeiki, Niniva and Lofanga in Ha'apai; Taoa and Hihifo in Vava'u and including the village of ‘Utulau in Tongatapu.

The 1st ‘Tupouto'a' was Sione Mateialona in 1927, according to the Palace Ofice in Nuku'alofa, 2rd was Siaosi Taufa'ahau Tupou Lahi(Taufa'ahau Tupou IV) and 3rd was Taufa'ahau Manumataongo(King George Tupou V.), 4th was HM King Tupou VI.(HRH Prince ‘Aho'eitu ‘Unuaki ‘o Tonga Tuku'ako) and 5th is The current Crown Prince Tupouto'a ‘Ulukalala(Prince Siaosi Manumataongo ‘Alaivaha'amama'o ‘Aho'eitu KonftantinTuku'aho)

The Crown Prince is brother to Their Royal Highnesses Prince Ata(Viliami ʻUnuaki-ʻo-Tonga Mumui Lalaka-Mo-e-ʻEiki Tukuʻaho) and Princess Angelika Latufuipeka Halaevalu Mata'aho Napua 'O-Ka-Lani Tuku'aho. His Royal Highness is engaged to the Hon. Sinaitakala Tu'imatamoana 'i Fanakavakilangi Fakafanua and the royal wedding is scheduled for July this year.
